1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.


2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days, depending on your location and local customs clearance.
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to postal delays.


3. Shipping Method & Tracking
We provide tracked international shipping for all orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with neutral sender information — no product names or branding on the box or label.


5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country.
We will do our best to assist with customs clearance, but we cannot guarantee delivery in countries that restrict or prohibit adult products.
If goods are detained or destroyed by customs, we cannot be held responsible.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

7. Incorrect Address

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t shipped.
Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes or stop delivery.
